This is the story of my profile photo on Facebook. I was browsing through Facebook one day, when I came across a lovely photo of just one side of a horse’s face. It appealed to me so much that I painted it there and then! From reading the post, I found out that the owner had sadly recently lost this lovely horse. I decided to contact her and asked if she would like the painting as a gift. She was delighted! It has always been one of my favourite paintings and I have used it as my ‘signature’ piece ever since.
